DfR Solutions is pleased to announce that it has been awarded two Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grants from the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).

 

• Reliability Analysis and Prediction Tool for Reballed BGAs in DoD Environments (Topic Number OSD08-M01)
• Development of Complex Shock and Vibration Model and Reliability Prediction Tool for Pb-free Alloys (Topic Number OSD08-M03)
