Telcordia Specification TestingAbout TelcordiaDfR works with component, assembly, and sub-system vendors to ensure best practices in regard to Telcordia requirements, and we are actively involved in standards development when appropriate. As an example, members of our staff have been involved in revising GR-468 to address the latest device technologies. In addition, we have recently performed a review of the body of documents that comprise the NEBS family of requirements and identified potential modifications for certifying Pb-free product (click here). As telecom environments tend to be well defined, Telcordia requirements provide very specific test parameters, as opposed to the several class of tests often offered in JEDEC and MIL-STD documents. DfR has the capability of performing the tests and analyses detailed in the specifications below or reviewing results to determine applicability and the potential affect on system uptime and availability.
