DfR Solutions Adds Senior Project Management Position

Beltsville, MD – June 7, 2016 – DfR Solutions, a leader in quality, reliability, and durability (QRD) solutions for the electronics industry, today announced a new addition to its management team. Billie Early will serve as Program Manager, responsible for the achievement of client objectives, deliverables, and to ensure the quality of final products and services.

Ms. Early will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer projects including the definition of project scope and objectives, team management, resource allocation, project progress, schedules, budget, and to ultimately ensure customer satisfaction.

Early brings 26 years of executive level military leadership and management experience in fast-paced and demanding environments. She has an outstanding track record in collaborating with other managers and leaders to develop processes and achieve organizational goals. Her extensive operational background spans from requirements development through program execution to communications services and customer support activities. She has worked closely with commercial customers, both vendors and defense contractors, to advance information technology capabilities to support a variety of military objectives.

Prior to joining DfR Solutions, Ms. Early held several key positions at the Defense Information Systems Agency at Fort Meade, Maryland and served as Deputy Director for Communications, United States Forces at Kabul and Bagram Air Bases in Afghanistan.  She served as Deputy Director, Commander’s Action Group, Headquarters Air Force Space Command at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, and Commander of the 31st Communications Squadron, Aviano Air Base, Italy.

Ms. Early has earned a Master of Science in Strategic Studies from the Air War College, Air University, a Master of Science in Business Management from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Penn State University.
