DfR Solutions to Present at IPC Midwest

College Park, MD  September 5, 2008 – DfR Solutions is proud to announce that Vice President Dr. Nathan Blattau will be at IPC Midwest in Chicago, Illinois on Tuesday, the 23rdof September.  Dr Blattau will be presenting “Understanding Failure and Root-Cause Analysis in Pb-Free Electronics,” and a new seminar from DfR, “Next Generation Technologies in Electronic Packaging and Production.”

Additionally, Dr. Blattau will be presenting a paper, “A Pb-Free Reliability Model for BGAs” at IPC Midwest on Thursday September 25th.

“These courses are essential for engineers who want to know about next generation packaging and failures unique to Pb-Free assemblies,” said Dr. Blattau.
