Michael J. Carroll, Jr., joins DfR Solutions as Senior Director. Carroll’s responsibilities include assisting with reliability and maintainability projects in support of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Systems Engineering (DASD) (SE), U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and U.S, Air Force.
Carroll brings more than three decades of experience and a proven ability to efficiently acquire and help develop complex, reliable defense systems. His expertise includes airborne platforms, C4ISR, and tactical datalinks. From a failure analysis engineer at Raytheon to over 20 years of acquisition support at Hanscom AFB and most recently with Northrop Grumman in San Diego, Mr. Carroll has extensive knowledge of both Government Program office support and major system integrators. Mr. Carroll holds a Master of Science in Management from Lesley College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology and a Certificate in Systems Reliability and Maintainability Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
